Do I need a separate credit card to pay for WhatKaBot?
No. WhatKaBot's subscription is billed through your existing Shopify account — it appears on your Shopify invoice alongside your other app charges. No separate payment method needed.
What counts as an "AI conversation"?
An AI conversation is any conversation where WhatKaBot's AI sends at least one message — whether in Autopilot, Copilot, or Draft on Demand mode. Conversations handled entirely by your team without AI involvement don't count toward your limit.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your Shopify admin. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle.
Does the Free plan expire or have a trial period?
The Free plan never expires. You can use WhatKaBot free forever with WhatsApp support and 50 AI conversations per month. Upgrade to Pro or Business only when your volume or needs grow.
What happens if I exceed my AI conversation limit?
Once you hit your monthly AI limit, conversations continue arriving in your inbox — your team can still reply manually. AI features pause until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade. We'll notify you before you hit the limit.
Is WhatsApp Business API included, or do I need a separate account?
WhatKaBot connects to WhatsApp via Meta's Cloud API. You'll need a WhatsApp Business account verified with Meta — our onboarding guide walks you through the process step by step. It typically takes under 30 minutes.
